A decade making organizations run better while quietly losing myself.
Dance gave me back my body. Therapy gave me the language.
I coach at the intersection of both because I know what it costs to be fluent in everything except yourself.
Why work with me?

Authenticity Unearthed is based in Seattle, WA and currently serves clients virtually across the Pacific Northwest, greater Seattle area, and major US cities. In-person sessions are available for clients local to Seattle. I work primarily with Gen Z and Millennial professionals especially those in tech, government, and other high-performance environments who are navigating burnout, career pivots, and identity shifts.
Anyone who is interested in seeing what it’s like to work with me and want to try this out are welcome to schedule a consultation call.
You have the autonomy to decide for yourself whether this is something you want.
-
This is for you if (any of these apply):
You feel something is off, but can't name it yet
You've tried everything, but still feel stuck
You're exhausted from managing symptoms and ready to understand the root cause
You're in therapy and want a somatic, identity-focused complement to that work
You are ready to make a change and want to be in a forward-moving momentum/shift in your life
This may not be the right fit if:
You're not yet in a place where change feels possible or wanted and that's absolutely okay. Revisit coaching once you’re ready, whether with me or with someone else.
Your schedule doesn't allow for consistent, committed sessions
You're currently in need of trauma psychotherapy or crisis support to establish safety first
-
We start with a baseline assessment to understand your pain points, then map out your short- and long-term goals. From there, we do regular maintenance check-ins to track progress and adjust as needed.
Sessions are 45 minutes, held virtually. Local to Seattle? In-person options are availablejust ask.
Before we officially begin, schedule a free 15-minute consultation to make sure we're a good fit.
I do not do bandaid solutions. This work may feel slow at first but this is done with intention so your body and mind adjust to the pace needed for long-lasting change.
I care about rewiring the way you relate to yourself and the systems that asked you to pretend everything was fine until burnout or exhaustion made that impossible.
Disclaimer: This is personal and professional development coaching, not mental health therapy. Clients can be in therapy which is welcome and encouraged.
-
You’ve been given tools or frameworks to use when feeling stuck. Yet, something still feels unresolved or not right.
I notice things underneath the surface level such as tension, dynamics, and existing patterns that contribute to the root cause.
Most people can feel it but don't have the language for it. We will find it together.
If this resonates, the next step is a 15-minute conversation.
Athletes don't coach themselves. When you work with me, you don't have to either.
Your job isn't to figure it out alone. Your job is to show up and actively work toward the change you want to see in yourself.
